HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Sayali Bhagat to do a Lindsay Lohan!01st Nov 2007 17.45 IST By Aparajita Ghosh Model-turned-actress Sayali Bhagat plays the lead role in a Hindi movie inspired from American comedy film ‘Just My Luck’. It is hard to keep the track of number of Hollywood films that Hindi filmmakers have ripped off or rehashed in the name of “inspiration”. The latest one to join the bandwagon is Aditya Datt whose next film Good Luck is “inspired” from the Hollywood comedy ‘Just My Luck’ that starred Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. 
Datt’s movie stars Sayali Bhagat and Aryeman (from Family - Ties Of Blood ) in lead roles. The Hollywood flick had Lindsay playing the luckiest girl in New York City while Chris plays the unluckiest guy. However, their lucks are swapped after Lindsay kisses Chris at a masquerade. From then on, Lindsey is hit by a series of bad luck events while Chris’s fortune is turned around. To regain her lost luck back, Lindsey goes about kissing every guy she meets. Aditya Datt doesn’t deny that the basic idea of his film ‘Good Luck’ came from ‘Just My Luck’. However, he adds he has changed many things in the plot to suit the tastes of Indian moviegoers. So much in the name of ‘creativity’. ‘Good Luck’ also stars Ranvir Shorey and Lucky Ali .
