HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Perizaad Zorabian in 'Just Married'29th Jan 2007 17.10 IST By ApunKaChoice Perizaad Zorabian , who got married just a few months back, will be seen in a delightful cameo in Meghna Gulzar’s movie Just Married . The role in Meghna’s movie was originally meant for Manasi Roy, but Perizaad was roped in after Manasi opted out at the eleventh hour. The film was on the floors then and its producer Rangita Nandy was faced with the urgent need to find a suitable replacement. 
In the hour of need, Rangita rang up Perizaad, who agreed instantly and went shopping for her costumes in the film the same evening. The next day, Perizaad was on her flight to Coimbatore and then to Ooty where the film was being shot. Perizaad says she accepted the role without even reading the script because she has a lot of favour to return to Pritish Nandy and his wife Rangita who launched her in Hindi film industry with Nagesh Kukunoor’s movie Bollywood Calling . ‘Just Married’ tells the story of a newly wed couple, played by Fardeen Khan and Esha Deol . The film has Perizaad and Bikram Saluja playing a happily married couple. Their roles are not very long but they play an important part in the film’s climax. Perizaad shot for ‘Just Married’ for three weeks.
