Now, he gears up for some serious action. The actor will soon be packing his bags and leaving for Goa to shoot the action thriller Kidnap , which is being directed by Sanjay Gadhvi (of Dhoom and Dhoom 2 fame). 
The movie has Dutt playing the doting father of a young daughter who is kidnapped by a bunch of baddies. A decent man, the father is left with no option but to take up the cudgels against the baddies to rescue his beloved daughter. Dutt will reportedly be doing some daring stunts for the film. Apart from Dutt, the film stars Minissha Lamba , Vidya Malvade and Rahul Dev . ‘Kidnap’ has been on the floors for a long time now. The film’s shooting was derailed after Dutt went behind bars twice last year. Now, the shooting will finally be completed in a one-month long schedule in Goa, beginning from January 25. ‘Kidnap’ is written by Shibani Bhatija and is produced by Shree Ashtavinayak. The film has music by Gadhvi’s favourite composer, Pritam .
