HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Antara opts out of Ram Gopal Varma camp13th Nov 2005 18.00 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau Antara Mali ’s forthcoming gender bender flick Mr. Ya Miss will be her last with Ram Gopal Varma ’s Factory. After a four-year long association with the maverick filmmaker, Antara is ready to go independent. So far she has acted only in films produced by Ramu’s Factory. Now she would have to start from a scratch. 
Revealing her decision to a website, Antara said the realization to break free from Factory began dawning about half-a-year ago when she was shooting for ‘Mr Ya Miss’. She did not disclose in detail the reasons for her separation from the Factory, but said she was grateful for all the time she spent working with RGV. Antara has been part of important RGV films like Mast , Company , Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon and Naach . At present, Antara has no projects on her hands except ‘Mr Ya Miss’. Without the security of RGV’s banner, she says she feels frightened and liberated to now create her career out of nothing.
