Suddenly films have taken the backseat for Namrata who is literally brimming with passion for her husband. She has shifted to Hyderabad, (Mahesh’s city) and is presently supervising the design and decoration of their new house. 
Speaking to IANS about her husband, Namrata just couldn’t stop singing Mahesh’s praises. “He is very, very level headed. I've been first-hand witness to how real he can be. He's very, very loving, caring and understanding. He believes in family values as strongly as I do. He's very shy. And he's very, very good looking,” she said. Namrata added that she was presently not even thinking about Bollywood. “Yeah, I'm completely love struck and I hope I remain this way for the rest of my life,” she told the agency. Her priorities may have changed but does that mean that she would cut her ties with Bollywood? Namrata makes it clear: “My career doesn't really matter to me that much any longer. I'm quite happy with my life with Mahesh. However, if I get an interesting offer I'm open to it.
