HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD Amitabh Bachchan – still a fashion trendsetter05th Sept 2008 09.01 IST By Agencies Bollywood mega superstar Amitabh Bachchan seems to be embarrassed and awkward on being a fashion trendsetter at the age of 66 by featuring on the cover of a glitzy fashion and design magazine titled, L’ Official. The Big B says in his blog, “L’Official, the fashion and design magazine starts an issue for men. They want to launch the issue with me on the cover. I cannot understand this, but here I am at call. We shoot for the next two days in designer settings and ambiance.” 
But Bachchan seems to be embarrassed at this proposal. He feels awkward on being a fashion trendsetter at the age of 66. “I am awkward at their choice of subject. But they are happy and content. I really have no business to be on a design and fashion magazine. They will fit me into exotic couture garments and people of still camera renown shall shoot me from various angles at various locations,” he says. Known for his humility, Bachchan quips,” One is not supposed to be doing this at age 66!! I am self conscious and embarrassed.
