The former’s beauty remains matchless to this day while the latter is the reigning sex bomb of Bollywood. But now there will be one thing common between them – a song. 
It is no secret that Mallika is working in a comedy film called Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam . The film, directed by Sanjay Chhel, has nothing in common with the classic by K Asif. In Chhel’s film Mallika plays a theatre actress who works in several stage productions. One such stage performance has Mallika dancing to the song “Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya” from ‘Mughal-E-Azam’. Anu Malik , the song’s composer says the melody of his song is entirely different from the tune of the original track. In addition, the song’s lyrics are funny. The only thing common with the old track is the title “Pyar Kiya Toh Darna Kya”. Mallika will be seen dancing and emoting to this song on stage in the film. ‘Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam’ has Mallika and Paresh Rawal playing theatre artists. Rahul Bose plays a CBI officer and Kay Kay Menon plays a ghazal singer. The song on Mallika will most likely be shot in December.
