The Aamir Khan - Rani Mukherjee starrer ‘Mangal Pandey - The Rising ‘ is slated to release on August 12 and along with it release the Nigar Khan starrer Double Cross and the Preeti Jhangiani starrer ‘Sauda’. 
Though Neha Dhupia may have famously said that “only Shah Rukh Khan and sex sells”, but no prizes for guessing here which film the audiences will flock to see. But one fails to understand the thought process of the makers of 'Double Cross' and 'Sauda' who have chosen to release their flicks at such an inappropriate time. Even Ram Gopal Varma is rumoured to have postponed the release of his James . Yes, it is expected in August, but not on the 12th. It may not be a surprise if the release of both 'Double Cross' and 'Sauda' are further pushed to allow them to do some decent business for their target audience later on.
