SCOOP!! & NEWS Aditi Govitrikar teaches yoga!28th July 2004 20.31 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau After her forgettable stint in Bollywood, model Aditi Govitrikar has now got busy in other projects that are of personal interest to her. Aditi has launched a VCD series on yoga featuring her and actor Mukul Dev . The VCDs are 45 minutes long and carry basic information on the causes and effects of various ailments and how yoga helps in their cure. It also has tips on nutritional management by a well-known dietician. 
Aditi says that although she knew yoga earlier on but she trained under the special guidance of Yogacharya Avneesh Tiwari for this special video series. The yoga regimen in VCDs has been designed by Yogacharya Avneesh Tiwari and hosted by Aditi along with Mukul. Aditi feels that it is very important for Indians to incorporate Yoga in their lives. “I think it is a must for Indians as the West has already implemented yoga in its life,” says former Mrs. World.
