She hates coffee and, while her character "Rory" on "Gilmore Girls" (2000) consumes it daily, she drinks coca-cola out of the supposed coffee mugs! Adopted a Maltese-chihuahua mix dog named Sophie She's a fan of the ska/punk band Less than Jake. She's featured in the a music video for one of their songs, "She's Gonna Break Soon.". In between scenes on the Gilmore Girls, she heads to her trailer and practices on a keyboard. Her mother, Nanette, is Mexican. Her father, Martin, is Argentinian. Her modeling career ended when she was in winter and the photographer splashed cold water in her face. Her favorite bands include Radiohead and Incubus. Alexis attended St Mark's Lutheran Middle School. Alexis enjoys photography, writing, reading, watching movies and hanging with her family. That '70s Show and ED are some of her favorite shows.
